Windsor Motor Group are seeking a Receptionist/Administrator for an immediate start, to join a high performing team in our Windsor Airside Dealership.
The ideal candidate will be expected to present the friendly and professional face of Windsor to customers and to provide efficient administrative backup.
- Maintain the Reception area, meet and greet customers and direct them to an appropriate member of staff.
- Answer the main switchboard, route calls; take messages in a pleasant and courteous manner.
- Be highly organised and meticulous; work with a high degree of accuracy.
- Complete all administrative tasks as requested and work on own initiative.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience working in a similar role, with a minimum of 12 months in a busy environment, with either retail or customer service experience advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent IT skills, proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook etc
- Team player and a can-do attitude
