Nissan LEAF Wins CES Award for Self-Driving Technology!

Consumer Electronics Show CES 2018 – Nissan LEAF Wins Best of Innovation

Exciting News Folks! Our new Nissan LEAF EV has won the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) Tech Award for vehicle intelligence and self-driving technology! Stunning us all earlier this autumn at the Tokyo Motor Show with its revamped edgy design, and a whole host of new intelligent mobility features including ProPILOT Assist and e-Pedal technologies, the 100% electric LEAF stole the hearts of the Consumer Technology Association in New York and was awarded the following honors:

• CES Best of Innovation for Vehicle Intelligence and Self-Driving Technology

• CES winning honoree for Tech for a Better World

The award, presented in front of the world’s leading tech industry experts at the conference, marks the first international award for the all new zero-emission Nissan LEAF. The Consumer Technology Association announces its CES Best of Innovation award winners annually in preparation for the January CES full conference in Las Vegas. Nissan will have a dedicated exhibit for the new Nissan LEAF at the 2018 show demonstrating its zero-emission and self-driving technologies to the max.

The 2018 LEAF goes on sale early next year with available ProPILOT Assist and e-Pedal technologies, and it promises to be a game changer in having self-driving automated technologies that benefit people and the planet so honored. According to Daniele Schillacci, Executive Vice President for Global Marketing and Sales, the Nissan LEAF ‘… is more than just a car. It is the icon of Nissan Intelligent Mobility, our vision to move people to a better world.’

The new Nissan LEAF goes on sale in February 2018 at all Windsor Nissan Dealerships. Details coming soon.
