As you know International Women's Day is annually held on March 8th to celebrate women's achievements throughout history and across nations. International Women's Day this year reminds us that it is important not only to celebrate past achievements but to continue to strive for success every step of the way, and at Windsor we are celebrating!
Windsor Women: The Work We Do
In an industry traditionally set aside for men Windsor have differentiated themselves by employing women in the motor dealership business since starting out in the car auction houses of the 1960s and 70s. Recently, holding a staff of at least 20% women in an industry where women are vastly under represented or non-existent, our Windsor Women have careers as apprentice technicians, sales and service advisors, executives, accountants, business managers, HR managers, PA to Managing Director and much more.
