The capacious, well-equipped and fuel-efficient Boxer is the biggest commercial vehicle in the Peugeot range and probably the most versatile. The Boxer is available in a variety of body styles, lengths and heights and comes in Standard and Professional trim levels.
Exterior
The Peugeot Boxer features 180 degree-opening rear doors and a sliding nearside door, delivering flexible access to its load bay. All models are fitted with power-operated and heated door mirrors too, as well as remotely adjustable headlights, rear fog lamps and a high-level (additional) brake light.
Interior
The Boxer’s cab features a height-and-reach-adjustable and lumbar-supporting driver’s position, which is adjacent to a dual-passenger seat. Offering a safe barrier between the vehicle’s occupants and its cargo bay is a full steel bulkhead. Depending on the variant you select, payload capacity starts at 1,155kg, rising to as much as 1,410kg, while freight volume varies between 8,000 litres and 17,000 litres.
Technology and safety
All models come with DAB digital radio and an FM/AM tuner which, between them, offer a wide range of speech-based and musical output. Bluetooth® and USB inputs are included too, enabling audio streaming and plug-and-play options for compatible media devices.
The vehicle is fitted with a number of driver aids and passive safety features as standard. These include Electronic Stability Programme, Anti-lock Braking System and Hill-start Assist, as well as a driver’s airbag and a trio of height-adjustable three-point seatbelts.
