Your local Windsor Dealer is the best place to buy a quality used vehicle. Your vehicle has been inspected and certified by our highly qualified technicians and is backed by a minimum 12 month/16,000 km or 10,000 miles Windsor Certified warranty (whichever occurs first).

The Windsor Certified warranty is specially designed to protect you against unexpected costs and give you reassurance and peace of mind long after you’ve taken delivery of your used vehicle. When it comes to service, remember that Windsor knows your vehicle best and is interested in your driving satisfaction. We will provide quality maintenance and, indeed, any other reasonable assistance which you may require.

All we ask is that you return to us for servicingin line with manufacturer’s recommended intervals, based on age and kilometres.

In addition, we also provide an excellent accident repair service, which includes consultation and claims processing, vehicle repair and advice on your behalf.

Excluded

Body, paint, glass, interior/exterior trim. Cracked or porous cylinder heads and bores, skimming/pressure testing, burnt valves, wheels, airbag, electrical wiring and wiring looms, hoses, pipes, brake seizure and corrosion. Service items and other components subject to routine maintenance or periodic repair or replacement such as plugs, HT leads, brake frictional material, clutch facings, wiper blades/rubbers, auxiliary belts, cables, light bulbs/ units, batteries, tyres and exhaust systems.

Windsor Certified 21 Day Exchange

Terms and Conditions

Subject to the following terms any Windsor Certified used vehicle purchased from Windsor Dealer may be exchanged for another vehicle at the same dealership.

• The vehicle is returned within 21 days of delivery date.
• The vehicle purchased has covered no more than 1,500 km/1,000 miles since delivery date.
• The Windsor Dealer is satisfied that the vehicle is returned in the same condition as at delivery.
• The customer has reasonable cause to be dissatisfied with the quality and reliability of the vehicle and has given the Windsor Dealer reasonable opportunity to rectify any faults or defects that affect the quality or reliability.
• The Windsor Dealer is satisfied the customer owns and has legal title to the vehicle to be returned and is fully entitled to exchange it under this agreement.
• The customer will be offered a replacement vehicle of similar value that is readily available from Windsor dealership stocks. Where the value of the replacement vehicle is higher, the exchange will not take place until the customer has paid the difference.
• Before any exchange is effected under this agreement the customer shall be responsible for making all the necessary arrangements relating to terminating, transferring, taking out or otherwise dealing with any financing agreement for the purchase of the replacement vehicle. Any exchange shall be subject to the Windsor Dealer being satisfied with the arrangements.
• The customer will be solely responsible for any additional costs incurred in the exchange for licensing or insurance. Any such costs must be paid in full prior to completion of the exchange.
• This agreement applies to the Windsor Certified used vehicle identified on your vehicle handover checklist and agreed by both parties. Only one exchange shall take place and the Windsor Certified 21 day exchange shall not apply to any replacement vehicle.
• This agreement does not affect the rights of the customer under the Sale of Goods and Services Act 1980.
