Engines and performance
Latest-generation engines make the new Mazda2 more agile and efficient than ever – thanks to Mazda’s intelligent SKYACTIV Technology. If you want petrol, 75ps, 90ps or 115ps variants achieve a maximum 62.8 mpg and CO2 emissions as low as 105g/km. As for diesel, there’s a 105ps SKYACTIV-D with 220Nm maximum torque. Even at low speeds you can feel the power, while economy and emissions stand at an impressive 83.1mpg and 89g/km to keep running costs low.
Safety and technology
A high-tensile steel structure provides complete protection against potential impact, with front, side and curtain airbags for interior protection. You also get dynamic stability control and traction control to maintain control in all situations. Lane departure warning is available as an extra, to alert you if you’re heading off-course.
Available advanced in-car technology includes satellite navigation for your convenience. A Bluetooth® audio transmitter is also available to connect to your smartphone and stream your favourite music.
