We have implemented new measures to protect both you, our customers, and our staff. If you cannot make it into us, or don't feel comfortable leaving your home yet, but still need work carried out on your car, we can collect it from you, service it and return it to you - fully sanitised. If you can make it into us, we have the best-in-class safety measures and practices in each of our nationwide locations in accordance with guidelines set out by both the HSE and WHO. With every service, each of our customers will receive a complimentary, personalised, interactive vehicle health check (iVHC) video report on their vehicle. This highlights the vehicles faults and condition of components.
This report is generated while you wait* and comes at no extra charge to your service. Simply book in at your convenience and we will carry out a 149 point check on your vehicle.

The iVHC report contains a colourised illustration of the work your car may need. The traffic light system displays the work required and the severity of the work. Red = Critical, Green = OK.
Included in the report is a visual guide of the condition of your cars components. For example, included in your report will be a chart outlining the condition of your tyres and brake pads along with a detailed description of each component and its condition.
Not only will we outline the components that need changing, we will also recommend 'Amber Work' or work that may need future attention.
Each iVHC check is simply just a report of your car. You are not obligated to carry out the work, however, we would strongly recommend you trust our trained technicians to keep your car in a safe condition.
