We were delighted to again take part in one of the largest charity days of the year for Hospices nationwide. Now in its 26th year, the coffee morning is a huge day for hospice care centers and facilities around the country. Money raised enables local hospice groups to hire more specially trained Palliative
Nurses to visit people in their homes, provide high quality care on
In-patient Units, and refurbish facilities as well as buying crucial
equipment.
We again hosted 15 coffee mornings, a record for any group, business or organisation in Ireland. Staff in each dealership baked and bought cakes and treats for their respective dealerships and put the car sales to one side (momentarily) in favour of selling cakes for their local hospice!
We shared images from each dealership on our Twitter, Instagram and Facebook accounts using the #coffee4hospice hashtag which was Ireland's number one trending topic throughout the day!
