Windsor expands into Drogheda with acquisition of Holcroft Motors.

“Windsor are delighted to expand into Drogheda, to acquire such an established family business and to strengthen our relationship with Peugeot. We already run successful Peugeot dealerships in Airside and Clonee and we look forward to extending our footprint as Peugeot dealers and to developing the brand in county Louth and across North Leinster,” said Peter Nicholson, Managing Director of Windsor.

Established in 1964, Windsor has become Ireland’s favourite dealer groups with over 450 staff and thousands of satisfied customers. With this new venture into North Leinster, Windsor look forward to serving new and existing Peugeot customers in the region.

Holcroft Motors has been in operation since 1977 and has been a Peugeot dealer since 1998. It has been successfully run by brothers Michael, Eugene and Derek Holcroft who have now stepped away from the business.

Now renamed as Windsor Drogheda, the dealership is retaining all fourteen employees and has plans to expand the business, to create new jobs and to maintain and develop its high standard of customer sales and aftercare service as the main Peugeot dealers in Drogheda with dozens of Used Cars for sale on site, too.

“We thought long and hard about this decision and worked hard to find the right company to take the business forward. Our experience of working with Windsor has been extremely positive. They share our values, are great employers and are committed to maintaining an exceptional standard of customer care,” said Michael Holcroft, former dealership principal at Holcroft Motors.
