The next-generation Qashqai elevates SUV design with a bolder, more refined look, featuring a reimagined front grille, sleek updated interior, and newly designed headlights and rear bumper. Tempting, isn’t it?
Crafted to catch attention, the new Qashqai features dynamic, sporty proportions that redefine its iconic design. Experience the versatility of a crossover, seamlessly paired with premium comfort. The new Qashqai is the perfect fusion. The Qashqai takes on a bolder look with its newly designed front grille and LED-enhanced front and rear lamps. Its redesigned rear bumper, complemented by new inserts and a choice of 17", 18", or 20" alloy wheels, or 19" aero wheels depending on the grade, further enhances its striking design.
The updated Qashqai is the first vehicle in Nissan's line-up to feature Google built-in through the NissanConnect infotainment system, providing a nearly seamless connection between drivers' digital lives and their vehicle.
With Google Maps included as standard, drivers can sign in with their personal Google Account to access their favourite locations and points of interest. This integration minimizes reliance on mobile phones and cellular networks. Over-the-air updates ensure that map information remains up-to-date.
The spacious interior is enhanced by a panoramic glass roof, creating an open and airy environment. Rear passengers benefit from additional legroom, and the luggage compartment is practical, with an adaptable layout for easy storage.
Since its launch in September 2022, Nissan has sold over 140,000 Qashqai e-POWER vehicles, with customers praising the electric drive experience.
The distinctive feature of the e-POWER powertrain is that the wheels are driven solely by the electric motor, unlike traditional hybrids.
This pure electric motor drive offers instant, high torque and a smooth, linear response without the need for a gearbox, delivering an EV-like sensation without the worry of charging. It serves as a bridge for those not yet ready to switch to a fully electric vehicle.
The advanced turbocharged 3-cylinder engine, equipped with variable compression ratio technology, has one role: to generate electricity. This power is supplied via the inverter to either the 140kW electric motor or the 1.8kWh battery (or both, depending on the driving conditions). The engine operates quietly in the background, providing power based on vehicle speed to ensure a seamless experience without the jarring disconnect between engine noise and vehicle performance.
The enhanced Around View Monitor system now includes a 3D function, enabling drivers to view the car from above and choose from eight different external camera angles. This allows visualisation from the front, rear, sides, or corners to help identify potential hazards not immediately visible.
Additionally, the "invisible hood view" feature provides a perspective of the front wheels as if viewed from just behind, aiding precise manoeuvring in tight spaces, such as multi-story car parks with concrete curbs that could potentially damage the wheels.
